The service was excellent! The associate in the service department, Laine, and the associates in the parts department, Stacy and one other guy, were fantastic. Especially Laine, since she was short staffed and had a lot of customers.

First and foremost, a big shout out to salesman Ken Murry, a.k.a. "Mister Personality". He not only contacted me quickly after I filled out an "Am interested in buying..." type form online, he got answers for me and promptly called back with the information I requested. After a frustrating drive from Columbus the next day, my mood quickly improved as I was greeted and taken to meet Mr. Ken and make proper introductions. Paperwork set in motion by Ken & equally nice Todd to buy the Kawasaki I'd picked out, I was taken around to meet folks from several departments in the very clean and well-arranged dealership.

All in all, it was a pleasant experience that I count as one of those "worth the drive" deals.

It was worth the drive to Macon to purchase my son's first bike from Capitol Cycle. Keith Matthews was the best Salesperson I encountered after speaking with 4 other dealerships. He provided me an out the door quote which beat all others(huge price difference as Capitol Cycle did not take advantage with excessive fees). The financing portion was painless and did not require back and forth request of a lot of paperwork. My son and I enjoyed interaction with a different Salesperson, Marco, who was not involved in the sale but just friendly! Will definitely visit Capitol Cycle when we upgrade from the Ninja400 to larger bike! The entire experience was positive!

Keith Mathews was exceptional in dealing with me not only at the dealership but also over the phone. It is not an easy thing to do, wheeling and dealing over the phone, since I was three hours away. Keith answered all my questions and really made it as easy as possible. I also enjoyed meeting and chatting with Steve Martin who helped me with a couple of accessories. I was riding my indian challenger from pennsylvania to key west. Also a few stops in between. My stock windshield wasnt big enough. Called a few dealers andf only capital cycle had it in stock. brian in sales wrote my name on it since i was in mississippi at the time. Showed up next day and nathan in service(manager i believe) installed it in minutes. Wait, it gets better. Brian in parts offered to mail me the old windshield at no charge. Are you kidding me? Real great service by outstanding people who still put the customer first. If i need parts im buying here and having them shipped. They are that good. Thanks Guys!

I needed to get some work done on my Indian Springfield. When I looked at the dealer locator I was happy to see that a Indian dealer was so close to where I live.I made an appointment and when I brought my bike in the service department guys got right on it. So I recently purchased a new Honda 2013 CB 1100 here. Awesome bike and an awesome buying experience. Joseph Dukes in sales worked with me and the rest of the sales dept to get an out the door price we mutually agreed on. This is the 4th bike I've purchased over the past 30 years from Capitol and have always been satisfied with the buying experience, parts dept and service. While I perform all routine maintainance, I'll bring my wheels with tires in anytime and they always work me in and don't insist you purchase tires from them.Bryan Livingston in the Parts department is great. He is customer friendly, remembers who you are, what you ride and best of all, he'll work with you on cost of accessories and parts. I want to keep as much of my money local and he makes it possible by matching internet prices even if it might not be in stock.You need to check this place out next time you need a bike, powersports, accessories and parts. While we all want the machine, the people here make it happen as best they can for you to get you on the road, and keep it that way
